We are passionate about women’s empowerment, so we have launched our maiden project EMPOVOC, where we offered free vocational training in dress-making for beginners.
In our first set of ten (10) women who were willing to learn a vocation and to enhance their lives, families, and their communities.
The one-month intensive training is fully funded by de pull-up foundation in partnership with De-she College of Fashion. Our maiden intensive one-month vocational training in dress-making has taken off. We had women who had no skills in sewing at all who started from scratch with us and ended the one-month intensive training as pros.

Under 4 weeks our first free vocational training in fashion design has yielded good fruits. Thanks to the management of De she College of Fashion, our students can now sew their own dresses. Graduation came on 26th December 2022.
The graduation was a success. The graduates cheerfully wore the sown attire and did a 360 catwalk on the runway.
These were the first 10 students we trained from scratch in our 4 weeks of intensive training. After just 2 weeks they got abreast of the fundamentals of sewing and this was the outcome of the training. We gave them start-up packages to help enhance their skill and also something to help support themselves and their families.
